Our properties are situated in central, sought-after locations within a six to thirty-minute walk of the school. We offer three flats in the traditional Chamberí district, one in the artistic Malasaña neighborhood, and one in the prestigious Salamanca district. These short term rentals are fully equipped to ensure you have everything you need from the moment you arrive. Each apartment typically contains between three and five rooms where residents share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, fostering a true sense of community and connection.
To accommodate every budget, we offer two categories of rooms—Standard and Comfort—with the choice between single and double rooms. We aim to make your move as simple as possible, which is why bed linen and towels are provided, and a professional cleaning service is included once per week for the common areas. There are absolutely no hidden extra costs; your price covers all utilities, including water, electricity, heating, and high-speed internet. Pricing: Our weekly rates for these furnished apartments range from 175 € to 225 €, depending on the room category selected. For students interested in monthly rentals, we are pleased to offer a discount for stays of four weeks or longer. (contact us for more details)
Please be aware that our coliving spaces are reserved exclusively for students who are concurrently enrolled in a Spanish course at our school for at least ten hours per week.
